How do I get started?

I want to begin email marketing, what do I have to do to begin?
All we ask is that you fill out the enrollment form here and once your create your username and password you will be ready to login and begin your email marketing.

I would like to begin using my existing customer list, how do I do this?
Once you enroll, you must import your existing customers by click on  manage customers and then import customers. You have two different options for importing your customer list. You may copy and paste your email addresses into our import box, or you can import your entire customer list by selecting the customer file and then clicking on import.

What types of organizations will your program work best for?
Our program works for any organization that wants to utilize the power of email marketing to better their business.  Our program works perfectly for businesses, non-profits, and even private individuals.

Once you approve, click on send and the email will be on the way.

How do I know how effective my email campaign is?
We recommend that you always implement a call to action within your email. This means that the recipient of the email must respond to some special offer or promotion. Several examples of this will be sending discounts or coupons, RSVP for special events, or special phone numbers/email addresses that they can respond to. In addition to these advertising techniques we  offer tools on our website to track how effective the response to your email campaign was.

How can I use auto emailing?
Auto emailing is perfect for any organization that wants to automatically reach their members on a recurring basis. If you are like most organizations sending promotions to a large audience on a recurring basis can be quite difficult to manage. If your organization wanted to send a promotional email to your customers every 60 days, all you would have to do is set the promotional email and indicate how often to send it. In addition you can also send special promotions for anniversary's, birthdays, and any other special occasion automatically.

How can I setup my promotion?
We recommend that you use are pre-designed promotional templates specifically designed for organizations such as yours. All you do is select the format you wish to use and set your promotion. Send customer surveys and customize the surveys to your business. We provide you with tools to track the response of the surveys.


I am not very knowledgeable about computers, how difficult are your research tools?
Our research tools are designed for anyone to use.  All of the data is displayed and worded in simple terms for a novice or an expert to understand.

If you are new to email marketing and would like to begin building a customer base we recommend that you call our offices at 321-293-0297 and consult with our specialists in which plan will work best for you. As you build your member base larger we will automatically bring you into a higher plan. To view our pricing plans, click here.


Do you automatically upgrade my plan as I increase my member base?
Yes, we will keep track of the amount of registered members for each month. We will bill you according to the amount of members in your database. If you lower your customer base to a lower payment plan then in the next billing cycle we will automatically lower your plan.
